Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the correct, at your expense, to believe the unique protection and control of any subject for which you're necessary to indemnify us, and you comply with cooperate, at your expenditure, with our defense of these claims. We'll use fair attempts to notify you of any these types of claim, action, or contin
